Q1: Watch fails to receive notifications from smartphone
A1: Ensure that DND (Do-Not-Disturb) mode is disabled on the watch, and make sure your phone’s notification bar displays messages. And then follow the steps below.
Use the “touchElex” app to pair the watch to your phone.On the app, tap on the “Me” icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.Make sure “Incoming call notification” is enabled (toggled to green color).Tap on “Message notifications” to access the notification filter, which allows you to disable or enable notifications from various apps.Once you are done, tap on the back arrow on the top-left corner of the screen to apply the setting
Q2: Watch doesn’t display the text, just show you receive a message.
A2: The watch displays what displays on your smartphone’s notification bars. If your smartphone cannot receive the detailed text, the watch cannot receive the detailed text, neither. In this case, pls feel free to set up your system setting of notification and the message notification Settings for third-party APP.
Q3: OS is not loaded.
