Precautions for Use:
1. Display “ERRO”: When the aluminum frame around the angle finder does not completely touch any plane and its inclination angle exceeds 30 degrees, it will display “ERRO” instead of an angle. Because in this case, the device is not accurate.
2. Relative Angle Measurement Operation: First, place the angle gauge on a certain plane, and then press the “ZERO” key to set the angle of the plane to zero degrees. Then, place the device on another plane and read the measured angle data, which is the relative angle between the two planes. After that, place the digital inclinometer on a horizontal surface and press the “ZERO” key to adjust back to the regular angle data.
3. Data Display Duration: After the inclinometer is stationary for 30 seconds, the backlight will turn off, but the measurement data will still be displayed on the LCD display. Just move the device to turn on the backlight again. If the angle finder continues to remain stationary, it will shut down completely after 3 minutes.
