3.Install the tablet Driver:
Download the latest driver to computer from GAOMON official web :gaomondot net.Please make sure there is no any other brand tablet driver exist in your computer .Please “Run as administrator” when you install the driver. (Right click GAOMON app–>Run as administrator)
4.Download drawing software:
Please download the drawing software to your computer from web before s art creation.The free drawing software like gimp, firealpaca, krita , medibang, etc. Or paid programs like: Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, adode premiere, adobe after effect, sai version 2, clip studio paint, etc.
5.Connection Tips:
Plug the five connectors firmly and corrrectly,no any gap left. The cable interface maybe a little tight,please press harder.If you have a desktop, HDMI connector should plug into the graphics card of tower, but not the motherboard.(IMPORTANT)If there is no HDMI port on your computer, you need an extra one-to-one HDMI adapter to convert~ For example: VGA to HDMI adapter, DVI to HDMI adapter,DP to HDMI adaptor, Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter, etc. We don’t recommend USB to HDMI adapter, and multi-ports hub. If you don’t know which kind of adapter to use, ask GAOMON Tech Support please.(VERY IMPORTANT)
6.After sales service:
If any non-human made hardware problems within one year,please contact GAOMON service for replacement. Any questions, welcome to write it on Q&A section,we will reply you as soon as possiable：）

GAOMON PD1161 is not a standalone product , it need to work with a laptop or desktop which running windows or mac OS .
For mac user:
If your mac OS is the new systerm Mojave (10.14) or Catalina (10.15), please remember to put “GaomonTablet “and “TabletDriverAgent” into the whitelist after installation.

–There is scratches on the screen after short time use?
When you receive the tablet, there is a note to ask you to remove this layer before using the actual layer, correct? After you peel off the outside layer according to the note, there is actually another layer remained on PD1161 and it is the actual real gift film that we give to you.It’s applied in our no-dust factory in advance to protect the product during long shipping to Amazon warehouse. So the scratches are on the film, not on the PD1161 pen display. We advise you to keep it if it doesn’t affect your work~ Of course you can peel of the film directly if you want. The pen won’t scratch the PD1161 screen. no worries!
(Some customers thought the scratches are on the PD1161 and they are very sad about it. So i want to write it out and inform you in advance in case that you meet the same thing~)
